Take Lemon juice, without water in a short glass. Drink this shot with any meal.

Adding the equal amount of peeled ginger juice and a spoon of honey to this lemon juice and taking it every day on an empty stomach gives relief from cold and flu. This also works as an immunity booster for everyone.

Note: The acid in lemon can attack the tooth enamel and damage the sensitivity. so better to take the shots in quick and direct way without contacting the teeth.

& Lemon juice can be taken with the help of a straw.
