Taking any of these drinks on an empty stomach in the morning detoxifies the body.

Try to eat as many natural foods as possible, which do not require cooking to like fruits, raw veggies as salad, dry fruits, sprouts, milk, yogurt and paneer, which will increase antioxidants and improves  immune system.

4. Gastritis and Acidity: Using antibiotics and pain killers can rise side-effects like gastric trouble and acidity too. Get relief from that through some home remedies.

      * Small and frequent meals are advisable

      * Avoid hot beverages on an empty stomach. 

      * Mint water  (Mint soaked overnight) in the morning

      * Water stored in copper utensil in the empty stomach

      * Avoid caffeine 

      * Add high fiber and low fat foods in the diet.
