These days, normal seasonal cold and cough are denoted as severe health concerns due to COVID pandemic. By following these simple home remedies you can get rid of seasonal cold and cough faster and even can get control over the bacterial & viral infections.

 

Water

Drink 8-10 glasses of water.

 

 

Warm Water

Good to drink warm water all the time.

Avoid warm water empty stomach if you face any issues like gastritis/acidity/ constipation/ ulcers.

Vitamin C (Lemon/Mosambi/Orange) +Honey

1-2 times per day

Immunity booster

Lemon shots

During mealtime

 

Rich in antioxidants

Ginger

Ginger water/Ginger salad (Grate ginger, fry a little and add with to any food) /Ginger Tea

2-3 times a day

Chana

Eating roasted chana or chana dal one by one
